All contractors/vendors will be approved by Owner/Landlord and subject to tax, licensing, and insurance certification.  Such contractors/vendors will be at the selection of the Owner or the management company based on written approval and contracted guidelines.

Tenant will have capability to access
www.advantagesolve.com website for special maintenance written requests.

24 Hour Emergency Call Lists will be security set in place and provided at time of agreement.  AdvantageSolve, Inc. is a member of the Georgia Chapter of CAI (Community Assoc. Institute) with access to a reputable network of general and sub-contractors.
